Mountain Home is the county seat of Baxter County, Arkansas. The city was incorporated in 1888 and its name at that time was Rapp's Barren.
Mountain Home is surrounded by two huge lakes, three amazing rivers and the Ozark National Forest. Its location offers a great place for a vacation of for retirement.
